Welcome!

I hope you will get to know me a little by checking out my website and if you still have questions, please call or email me.
Everyone faces times of loss, confusion, stress and emotional pain. Sometimes difficult life circumstances stretch you to your limit and interfere with your personal, family and work relationships. There are times you need to talk with someone who understands, someone who will really listen, help you problem solve, and discover healthy solutions. I will do my best to help you!
I am a participating provider in a variety of health insurance networks and am happy to file claims for you. Please see Insurance Page for information.
Trust in your therapist is crucial. With that in mind, you will find my office setting safe and private. When we built our home we attached my counseling office to the front with the goal of providing a discreet location for clients. I handle my own calls and paperwork in order to ensure client privacy.
I will appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your loved ones.  Please click on the contact page to email me.
                                                                    Best Regards,
                                                                    Dr. East

The good life is a process,
not a state of being.
It is a direction,
not a destination.
